MTC Anyone
« on: April 08, 2013, 09:42:54 »
blokes

I am looking at replacing my exhausts to a lighter/better looking alternative.

I have noticed that MTC, who are based not far from where I live, seem to do a good value system which replaved the standard set up on my 1000.

I've been looking at the road legal, stainless, round cans.  I know they do race pipes but to be honest the sound of a race pipe on long journeys gets on my nerves after a while.

Anyone got any experience of these?

I bought a set of silencers and link pipes from MTC.

Light, stylish and well finished.  Also very easy to fit and sound GREAT.

Hardest part of the job was getting the old system off.

Was dark when I had finished but I'll et some pics posted soon!!

If they come with baffles and your keeping them in , be sure to check the Allen key bolts are still tight often , mine escaped after a lets say 'spirited ride' :( although the misses can ask me to put them in now ;) nice n loud all day long .
