Drilled exhaust
« on: January 30, 2013, 22:39:36 »
Hi, a previous owner of my bike decided it was a good idea to drill the exhaust. I think its a bit too loud to be doing long distance. Is it reversible without buying a whole new exhaust? I've seen here where a disc was cut out and it was said it wasn't too loud so would cutting out a disc improve it? cheers :auto-dirtbike:

I wouldn't cut anything out if you want quite . Easiest option would be to weld up the holes and it should be back to normal .

I might get someone to have a look at it so, do you think it would get quieter as each hole is welded. Might leave just one or 2 to hear something!
