For clarification, Jambobairn has PMd me confirming he didn't make payment for a T-Shirt and therefore didn't get one.

When I receive paid orders and all the payments are in I then ensure I have full address details and size requirements for each, these are dumped into a Spreadsheet and the Recorded Delivery reference is entered as each item is sent.

I'm not perfect but so far have NEVER missed anybody who has ordered  :thumb:
