150mm Dog Bones

Hi,
Made some 150mm dog bones for my new Glee, the originals are 140mm, my back wheel now sits 25mm closer to the mudguard - 1:2.5 obviously.
What I don't understand is the ones on Ebay are 144mm(according to one supplier) and they say it reduces the height by 25mm. Any comments anyone?
