Chrome EXHAUST Front Pipe?
« on: March 16, 2010, 10:56:44 »
Does anyone supply a chromed exhaust front pipe for a DL650?

I'm fed up with the stainless one on mine going brown & tatty.

Chrome? You sure you are on the right bike?

What next, foot boards and tassled saddlebags :neen:

I had a former Honda Transalp exhaust front pipe nickel plated to match the stainless rear section. It looked great and didn't show a mark. Any local chrome platers can do it and it's cheaper than chrome as it's one process less. They can be funny about used pipes though as the carbon can bollocks up the chemical solution. Best of luck, Bry   :thumb:
