Heated glove liners
« on: November 24, 2011, 17:26:26 »
Anyone able to recommend any heated glove liners? I have looked at Keis but they only heat the fingers, not the back of your hand.

I saw some at the bike show, sadly (to my shame) I can't remember the make but they were battery or mains (bike) powered. Hit the search on google.

I used keis ones last winter when my grips died, seemed to work OK though the battery doesn't last long!

There was a stand at the show with Keis ones, that could be wired into a harness on the bike, which would be my prefered way - can't be doing with charging batterys etc...

Thinking gerbing maty be worth a shot, but nowhere here sells them and I have odd sized hands!

I havent been to have a  looksee yet, unfortunately, the hill has become less than exciting over the last few years, we seem to have a few little clothng shops (riderswear - cheapo cack, mals - akito and not much else, proto - some OK, but not good on spendy accessories) then a glut of our good friend mr M&S who sells BKS and not much else atm after the demise of frank Thomas

there is a little supplier called Simmiperfomance nearby who will order anything you need at decent prices, but nothing can be tried on first which I need to with gloves!

Good point, M&S = 'normal' sizes, Proto = 'shite' (but cheap) and then there's Hein Gericke... Not like it used to be !
