Just wow.
If anything is guaranteed to make a complete stranger modify their behaviour, it's an unbelievably offensive anonymous tough bloke note, so much more effective than a polite conversation in person. F*%k 'em and the Sharpie they rode in on.

I never realised my writing was so scruffy. At least I made no spelling mistakes

If the criticism was unjustified a suitable reply might be that yes you're quite right I don't need to do all those things.
But I do now...

 lol

Reminds me of a similar problem with a neighbour quite a few years back.

He was a van delivery driver who used to start his van every morning in the winter to warm it up for 10mins or so before he got in the cab.

It's was a loud clanking diesel engine and at 5am every morning the noise was taking the piss ...

After a friendly  :icon_batterup:  :icon_batterup: chat , he stopped ...  :icon_wink:

I might be in the minority here but I don't like ignorant people & someone who starts up & runs a loud bike for 10 minutes very early in the morning is ignorant! They deserve something like that. Having said that, yes a polite chat to start with would be the correct way to go.

A previous neighbour used to leave his Defender idling for ten minutes to warm up on cold days. Smelly noisy diesel...

Electric vehicles on the other hand defrost and warm up at the touch of a button in a phone app. No need to leave the house until its all ready. And no pissed off neighbours.

I don't know whether to applaud that or not StromGeeza.

The phone and an app! A relatively expensive device which cost some carbon to make, some folk sitting in chairs to devise a program and the owner having another 15 minutes in bed. Great, not too many muscles moving there.

At least the theory works........ eh?
So how's it going so far then?

Don't worry about applauding, you'll wake me up and spoil my lie-in!
