It was purchased for a property that I let and I was in a rush to get one, the gas engineer that I use ordered one at the same time so ended up with a spare boiler !!
The boiler was on display and I brought it without the box/packaging but everything is included.

To do a full installation you'd need the required flue kit, timer and wall stat.

Might have a buyer for this ....... A work colleague had one blow up on him Friday ....... won't see him till Monday though so I will let you know  :thumb:

Apologies I didn't get back to you yesterday as I was too busy giving out tickets and seizing the cars of uninsured drivers  :haha:

My colleague said thanks for the offer but the engineer came out and it was a simple fix.
