Winter Project

Picked this A50 up recently, had no documentation with it and no history 😳 it’s a runner, but as you can see, it needs some TLC

Got it registered now and started the strip down

Was the registration process difficult / expensive?

I see project bikes without paperwork all the time, but steer clear, as I thought getting a bike re-registered was now a complete PIA.
The older I get, the better I was.

Are you going to stick a cheeky 100cc engine in there ? That was all the rage 45 years ago.
It's pronounced 'twenty-one-twelve'

It's definitely had a previous life Tonkie.
Looks like a nice old airhead behind.
Good luck, I'll send you some midnight oil.
I'm guessing........Tonkie, Guernsey, would find you.

@ Neil
I’m in Guernsey so I think the process will be different than the UK ?

@ Upt
Can’t remember what model it was, but 80 rings a bell

@ 2112
Ha, won’t need to put bigger engine in as I don’t intend to ride it, but I know it’ll do 65 😜

You're going to need a bigger bottle of AutoGlym.
