Hello traitors :)
« on: January 13, 2024, 20:22:53 »
Hello traitors :) As probably some of you my old trusty KLV has been stolen and burned last October. Now, in two weeks I am getting new bike. It is KTM 1290 Super Adventure S from 2018 with 21900 miles on the clock. After theft I have moved house, now I have garage available so I will feel much safer. Basicaly I am making FORT KNOX in the garage to avoid what happened before. Will have to ride the bike from around Manchester to Luton so it will be a nice test ride, hopefully weather will allow. Photo below :)

Hi Pichulec so glad you have found a new bike 👍 and what a bike you will love it 😋
I loved mine and was really sad that I had to trade it in ☹️☹️

Nice bike and not too orange, I'll bet it goes like stink too. Watch you speed and keep your licence clean.  :thumb:

You'll love it. Nothing wrong with your klv, but this will be chalk & cheese in comparison. Engine, brakes, suspension, grin factor. Enjoy.

Welcome to the Orange side.

You have chosen well.

Though I've had mine for nearly six years it still has the ability to make me laugh out loud with a mixture of joy and genuine fear. Savage, brutal, intoxicating and exhilarating just about sum them up.  :lala:

To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.

Deep in my soul I knew I will be back soon or later. Once you in to the bikes you can never get out.. :)  I just had to take time to heal the wound after theft.

Well done. Now keep it locked and safe as it's much more likely to attract thieves.
This doesn't last forever, so do it while you can. Nothing travels faster than the speed of time.

Bike collected, true rocket ship. It was worth to travel north as I found mint condition bike fully loaded with extras. Looks like dealer didn't really know what he is selling. Bike have factory quick shifter +, factory heated grips, ergo comfort seat, R&G sump guard, crash bars, full KTM luggage, fat side stand. Don't even have to change gears to overtake 6th no problem. Very happy :)
