This week I ordered an item from bykebitz.co.uk and paid for next day delivery. The item was as a present for someone and I figured ordering about 2 weeks in advance should be OK.
When I ordered on the internet, everything went through fine - but several hours later I got a call. Stating that they did not have any in stock and that they may get them in in 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks or even longer.
Now I know this happens, but what fries my omelette is that they take payment immediately for good they are not even sure they can supply.
I am getting a refund but the disinterest of the staff regarding the inconvenience caused was also irksome.
I will be putting these on my don't use list in future!
