Handlebars
« on: October 13, 2008, 16:54:53 »
Hi Folks,

Right I'll get right to it... Handlebars! - I've got a sargent seat on my wee strom, and although it is vey comfy, it sits me further down the bike and leaves my arms stretched. I've looked for pull-back risers but they cost a bloody fortune, so I've been looking at replacement handlebars. Now, been on the other forums, and they all have different makes and such, but I was looking for somethig made in England that will be easy to order.

I need more height on the bar 6" as opposed to stock 4", so I can rotate the handlebars towards me a bit and I also want a straighter bar. - The pull back on the strom is too much, and I reckon I'm not the only one whose arms naturally protrude from the sides of my body, and not the centre (like a T-rex, or people working at Suzuki)

Any advice, or does anyone know of anyone who can make bars?

Cheers my fellow dinosaurs. lol
