I used them lots a few years ago and always had excellent service and items were way cheaper than UK prices. I suspect Brexit related changes to imported items has changed all that. What was your problem with them?

I think they changed management or something, seems that way anyway,  not the same company they once were, nothing to do with Brexit or customs, 
I had terrible hassle with them with an order, customer service is complete rubbish,
just giving a heads up to anyone thinking of ordering from them.
