Get Gear the Update.....
Think last week the wife and I must have gone into a different Get Gear store in Leatherhead, Surrey.
The staff in Get Gear today had no idea that I had had a problem last Sunday. Today we walked into the store started to look at items and within no more than 30 to 40 seconds a cheerful "good morning" and "if you need anything let us help you".
We took the young man up on the offer of help, not letting him know anything about last week and with in a few minutes he had made a sale for the store.
What a vast difference to the two visits last Saturday and last Sunday!
The store was as busy as last week, maybe had even more customers than last week but the staff today were on the ball.
And yes the discount code for the forum is on their system.
Ten out of ten this time for customer service, with a smile!
