I spoke to him a few days ago , he won't be back for minimum 8 months ...whether he comes back on a bike or gets demoted to a van ...is under review , mainly by his missus :smirk:
It's not just waiting for healing bones , but  physio etc ...
On the plus side he can now learn Spanish , watch box sets  at his leisure  :icon_wink:

8 months is a long time but hopefully he makes a speedy recovery. I can understand why his missus might want him to move to a van after seeing that.

Glad he is OK (as it could have been worse) and I hope he recovers well.

It's been a while but Alex is still not back , but should be in April 18 months in total, but riding a bike for more than a short trip ain't going to be possible so he's demoted to the company Toyota Yaris hybrid...on nights .. due to healing problems.
  could have worse though!

Well, it's April and I hope he's back to work. You said "He will be driving a Toyota Yaris hybrid on nights," and then said "Could be worse". Tell me, what could be worse than driving a Toyota Yaris hybrid all night?

Seriously though, I hope he's where he wants to be and pain free.  :thumb:
