How are you getting on with the exhaust clamp hunt?
Have you perhaps tried any of the local motorcar exhaust replacement centers near you? I would think that a stainless steel exhaust clamp shouldn't be that difficult to source.

Just seen this. I may have one in my shed. Will rummage later.

Rummaging achieved. The only clamp I have is a Mikkalor,  marked up as 43-47. I'm sure I bought a pair when I had the glee, this must be the unused one. Does the size sound right?

Sounds about right Rusty. I remember posting the size I 'What have you done with your V-Strom today' thread but couldn't find the post via search, but 45mm seemed to spring to mind.

Just ordered a mikalor one stainless steel should be here early next week was going to have a ride around local exhaust places but probably easier to order online as local thick fit will probably want to sell me a full system for a range rover.
