Oxford Sports Lifetime Panniers- Platinum
« on: April 08, 2009, 12:53:21 »
I'm selling my panniers which I used only last summer, they are in very good condition and include rain covers, straps, bungies ...etc.

They have huge capacity when expanded, 45 Ltr each. and are waterproof without cover when not expanded.
Also included in the sale is a fabricated rack/offset for the left side pannier to rest against to stay up-right, it was fitted on a 650, but I think will fit the 1000 as well.

£65 including P&P.

Thanks.

Thanks Andy, I thought it was going to be one of those sites that asks for my mother's maiden name and the real reason my Aunt got divorced, in order to open an account, but that was painless.

Here you go Raggy,

If it turns out to be my divorced Aunt's picture, please bear with me

Hi Camel

Hi have you got any pics of them loaded up and attached to your 650?
That's a good price.
Thanks
Mark

Here they are in action:

That's how the "rack" looks on the bike when the panniers are off:

There are straps that ties them very conveniently to the rear foot rest, which makes them very stable on the bike.

Also, to my surprise, in the twisties, I managed to scrap the peg (accidentaly  :yikes: ) without the panniers touching the ground, and was told that there was a couple of inches clearance
