Anyone got a low exhaust fitted to allow panniers to sit closer into seat unit?

I'd guess probably not. Besides, you'd have to do some hacking to the frame on the off side, they're all built to clear the exhaust .
Your profile says gsx14, if you update that to the bike in question somebody may have more relevant/specific information.

I've modded my profile, a bit of hacking to pannier frames  :fix: doesn't phase me, when bike arrives tomorrow, I'll have a proper look
