My last bike was a pointy SV, so I guess I couldn't go without a beak :)

Must say I am absolutely loving this bike, definitely the best bike I've had

While the Glee is a really useable bike, (sadly under-used by me) the DT175MX.. ahh the noise, the smell.. ace.!  :thumb:

That looks mega youth. Waaay too good for you. I do hope it's loud. :thumb:
Did you upset any redsocked ramblers, they're usually the most grumpy.
To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.

Very nice. I had an identical one, bar that exhaust. How did you get on with the starting procedure? A bit quirky at first. The chap I sold mine to kept coming back asking me to show him how to do it. Don't think he understood what was actually happening or why he was doing it.

starts a treat now, carb is a twat, and took loads of getting right, but everything INCLUDING the totally seized accelerator pump is now working, starts cold hot or warm now, even after lying in a puddle of mud :)
It's not mega loud, and I slow for dogs horses and people so don't ever get much hassle touch wood
hopefully see you both soon

With so many white V Stroms around these days, I decided to add a certain tank sticker to mine to make it instantly recognisable (to me, at least)   :) ...

Nice pics, how do you find the touring screen compared to the original.

@Lincsman depends on my lid if I wear my shark one it's a bit noisy but if I wear my LS2 the touring screen is a lot better compared to the original. Over all about 75% better than the original screen.

Would you be able to post some picture, I know it's a screen, and it's not rocket science, but if you don't mind.
What sort of ££ have you in mind, I've seen another one at a reasonable price, that has my interest.

High on a hill . . . .

With some dirt thrown in . . . . .

Wet everywhere

And some snow on the hills
