So I've been scouring the interwebs for a new sound. But unlike Simon Cowell I'm not looking for some poncy boyband, I'm looking for more like a death metal band with a drug problem.

So I found this!

Now sadly I can't find anyone in the U.K that sells these so they'd have to be bought in the USA and shipped over with a $200 import charge, damn yanks.

But I don't know if it's just me but doesn't it sound great?

I've been looking at both Scorpion and GPR and they don't seem to be quite as low ended and meaty as the Two Brothers.


Have any of you lads had one or something that sounds similar? I'd love to find something that sounded that good but didn't require me to sell my liver and half my lung to get it

Just to edit this slightly, I did see that GPR have a exhaust system that links in with the old one? Can anyone give more info on that? is it easy to fit?  I do like the sound of the GPR it's not quite as beefy but it's a lot cheaper + no imports.

I had a GPR on my Wee & then a Fuel exhaust on my glee. Prefered the Fuel one - only my opinion but it sounded better, was better made & was cheaper! Either is not a big job to fit, getting the old one off is usually the worst bit. Think it took me less than an hour to fit the Fuel.

I had a two Brothers exhaust on my previous bike a GTR1400 and a nice exhaust it was but the difference in sounds is because the 2Bros is a straight through race silencer whereas the likes of the Scorpion etc are EU stamped with the baffles installed.

I know my exhaust was too loud on a run and I had to install the "Power tip" to reduce the constant droning.

Removing the baffles can change the note considerably but there is also the possibility that it would make the bike run too lean as there is no back pressure in the free flow system and that would damage the engine unless you got a dyno run remap done for safety.

I installed the Scorpion 3/4 system on my bike and find the noise not much louder than stock but it does look a lot better, only problem is the middle baffle rattles slightly at low revs which is annoying, but haven't yet been too bothered to sort it out.

@Sam, that's a pretty nice looking exhaust, fits the bike rather well! 


@alibx11, Does taking the baffle out make much difference in the sound as regards to making it sound lower/meatier? Also did you fit it yourself or have it done for you?

Taking the baffles out made a hell of a difference in sound, I removed the middle baffle to see where the slight rattle was coming from and noticed the deeper crisper sound, but like I said without a dyno check/remap there is the chance that it would run too weak.
I haven't tried it with the rear baffle out yet.
Fitted it myself, it's a pretty easy install.

I must say it's a good looking exhaust, possibly a little too boxy for my liking but I'll have to try and find some audio of it.

I mount my go pro clone onto it but find it flexs a bit and vibrates so out a couple of small rubber feet to steady it, you can mount GPS etc to it for line of sight viewing.

Would you recommend it? I've been looking for a mount to use my phone with but I've been struggling.. I'm guessing you can use a standard RAM ballmount holder on it?

Would certainly recommend it mate, gives a good view but with the slight vibration in it would struggle to read any text on the screen.
If you look at the pic I have up of the Givi tank bag you'll see another option where the handle bar mounts are bolted...not good if you have a tank bag though...

The vibrations shouldn't bother me too much as it's mostly just GPS use so I'll go with the first one! Adds a nice extra to the front aesthetics too so double win! I like the positioning of your GoPro, do you upload any of the footage?

I use a Drift HD personally, attached to my helmet I love the POV aspect of it
