The corrosion is catching up with my 2016 650's exhaust can .... I'd like a partial road legal replacement system with a low level can .....

I don't think I've ever seen a low level off the shelf system. Best bet would be to make your own. Loads of different bends are available on Ebay.

Soft luggage is easier to throw over with a lower level exhaust, I've seen a couple but never road legal ... I'm not changing the exhaust for MOT every year.
