The DL250 from memory uses the engine from the GW250 (with slightly modified engine internals).

Clutch cover bolts are 10Nm according to the manual, and although it doesn't state a torque for the pressure plate bolts, my 650 manual says 10Nm.
Be absolutely, 100% sure, that the gear change mech is working as it should before you button it up, and make sure to change your oil filter before putting in the new oil.
