Well, the new zorst has arrived and looks impressive. The hardest bit is going to be finding time to fit the piggin thing... Can't wait to hear what it sounds like and I suspect I may 'forget' to fit the little cone in the connector pipe

I finally got around to fitting the GPR exhaust - it sounds amazing ! well worth it for the sound alone

I did manage to make mine a fair bit quieter , as I said before I added a length of perforated tube to the baffle and also wrapped it in stainless baffle packing . The noise level now is great , louder and deeper than the standard can but not as loud as the standard GPR with the cone and baffle fitted .

They do sound good if the cone is left out 2112 , but the noise will piss you off on a long ride .

I'm actually a bit hard of hearing and what others have described as 'loud' I find OK. Time will tell of course and I'll not get out on the Glee until I've finished all my other planned winter work (heated grips, spotlights etc, etc). You can have my cone baffle if you want it for postage only, PM me if Your interested

I fitted the carbon effect one on my 09 650 and I am very pleased, I run it with the inner cone fitted as recommended for road use ( back pressure) and it sounds great, it is loud though even with ear plugs.
Fit a 4 deg advance woodruff key and see how that sharpens thing up!

Just fitted my shiny new GPR exhaust. The importers Moto Legends didn't have any in stock so they ordered up one direct from the factory and delivered straight to me in just over 2 weeks. The old one was a bit of a bugger to take off - probably a consequence of a Scottish winter helping to seize things up. A bit of gentle persuasion finally freed it. Took an hour and a half to complete the whole job. Well worth it since it looks and sounds great.
Saw the original post from 10tenmen about the weight and thought it sounded a bit strange since the box mine arrived in didn't seem that heavy. The new exhaust weighed about 4.5kg and the old one weighed about 7.5kg. I make that about 10 and 17 lbs in old money.

, as regards MPG no difference I did 1200 miles across Europe on 5 tanks which is less than half of those behind. Still Love the Sound

these new fangled kilo things are confusing to some of us oldies. Maybe it's an age thing but I might sound a bit stupid here. I can't get the circlip out to remove the end baffle to see how it sounds. Tried circlip pliers and long nosed pliers but can't get the damn thing out. Any tips?

Hi it's comes out easily just squeeze the circlip together and work the bottom edge out I had mine out before my Euro trip to put a spacer in to stop it rattling the holes will need to nearly join together to pop it out, good luck

Just fitted the GPR Furore Nero to Glee

Looks great and sounds great

Well pleased with the quality

As others have said, the old one needed a lot of persuasion to come off

Loosened the front bolts which helped a lot

Instructions poor, but not difficult to work out

Can see why others are concerned about the hanger
Will see how it goes

Will try to post some pics tmoz

My rear hanger snapped after a couple of months. Man at Moto Legends sent me a replacement free of charge and advised me to tighten the bolts from the end can first and then the link bolts - the opposite from the GPR video. He said it would be less likely to move or suffer from vibration if done that way. Seems to be OK just now.

I still couldn't get the circlip out of the end can but my dealer took the baffle out for me when the bike was in getting a sticking throttle fixed. The sound was tremendous but highly antisocial at 7 in the morning when I go to work!!!! After half an hour ride out I felt my ears were about to bleed as well, it was that loud. I lasted about 5 days with the baffle out and put it back in to save my hearing and to make sure I didn't get an ASBO!
