Mannol oils and stuff

Been using Mannol oils in the cars and various bikes for probably 10 years now, a German brand available on eBay.  You can get some excellent deals/discounts if you buy ahead of need.
My local mechanic reckons they're pretty high spec etc.
I've bought coolants too, encouraged by the fact that they seem very specific about specification/car manufacturer.
