Hello to all...
« on: June 20, 2011, 15:14:39 »
Hi..

I've just bought my first wee-strom and plan to do some touring on it...

I've ridden all over South America, Africa and Europe in the past few years on Enduro bikes and Europe on my Africa Twins...

www.touringted.com if anyone is interested :)

I also used to work in a Suzuki dealership and I'm a qualified Motorcycle Mechanic...

I look forward to getting stuck into this forum..

Cheers, Ted

Come to the right place.  Strange but true.  The v-strom forum is full of blokes and Dolls who like their Wee's (and Vee's)

Hi Ted, always good to have expert tourers on the forum so we can benefit from your experiences and ideas  :thumb: Of course the fact that you are also a qualified Suzuki bike mechanic means that you may well be stalked from here on in

As you probably know, the stock Wee is more than capable of RTW, so a good choice    :auto-dirtbike:

I'm always happy to help if I can..

Just no questions on electrics... I hate them when I've got a meter and manual, let alone guessing over the "Tinterweb"..
