Nope, but following with interest, as I spent hours looking at LED rear DRL the other night. Quite frustrating as it happens. It seems that now LED is so readily available and dominant, 99% of the options are combination lights (brake and rear lamp). I just want a rear lamp that could easily be hooked up to my Oxford box. There's a perfect mount point just below my number plate.
I went to the Cemetery for the two minutes silence.
The main parades are usually in Grove Park, in the town. However, the older memorial and Commonwealth Graves area is in the town’s cemetery.
I generally go to the Sunday Parade in Grove Park (however, this year I was down in Teignmouth for their parade) and the Cemetery on the 11th itself.
I also pay a visit to my fellow Sappers (and others) who were the first casualties of ‘Market Garden’ when their glider crashed in Paulton, but they were buried in Weston-super-Mare Cemetery.
The seat profile looks like the SV I had. An uncomfortable slope so that as I bounced on the poor suspension, I slid into the tank nuts first. After an hour of continually sliding down and then pushing myself back up the saddle my thigh muscles were begining to burn. If the seat pan was flat with a step up to the pillion then it would have been a very good lightweight bike. A fancy dash and a bit more tech will not make it any more rideable. Look at the early models around 2003
I am hoping to fit an additional red led rear light to the offside of the number plate and use power from the number plate bulb wire. Anyone done this? Purpose: extra daylight running light.
Mine should be delivered Thursday. Might be easier to leave the old horn in place and fit the horn to the crash bars with a short wire extension as suggested. Thanks everyone. Good to know of support on the Forum.
