Unlucky.

I think you'll find it was a Triumph TR6 Trophy cleverly disguised as a BMW R75. The dash cam doesn't show the sausage eating square heads chasing him. He was trying to jump into Switzerland over some barbed wire.

That bike was needing some attention in a workshop after 5.7 seconds, so I would also suspect it was a BMW.
