Someone's very bored of waiting

We're currently at the birth centre in Swansea waiting for something to happen.
While taking SWMBO for two laps around the carpark we stop and on the ground we see the following to do list.

Someone has been very bored here waiting for the mother to deliver the baby.
I'm starting to see where the bloke is coming from.


Please pay extra attention to items 6 & 7.
