Hello, does anyone else have a buzzy vibration @ 6-6500 ?
it only seems to started since fitting some givi crash bars and an metal sump guard, everything is tighten and after 6 weeks of buzz vibrations nothing has fallen off, anyone had a similar issue ?

try loosening all of the Crash Bar fixings, tighten the join where the bars meet in front of the Rad and then tighten the rest.

Maybe this solution may be of help on your model. Any rubber washer of the correct diameter should do the same function. I made use of 2x bath tap jumpers, to fit over the bolt as shown in the last pix of the attached link. The bath jumper centers had to be widened a bit to all the bolt to fit.
Other solutions have been recommended, like the garden hose snap lock extender to replace the connector in 2nd last pix of the post link. The snap lock coupler has a rubber water seal O ring on each end of the plastic coupler, that goes inside the carsh bar tube, effectively replacing the original (item #3 of parts list). I made a few mods as suggested by others to solve the Givi engine vibe issues. They helped but the biggest improvement was correctly adjusting the engine torque mounts, if loose will send all the vibes through the bike.
