Captive exhaust mount nut.

No worries. All sorted.

Drilled a hole to weaken the nut 'casing' and chiselled it loose with an old flat blade driver, then a disc cutter to remove the bolt head at the other end and tapped it through.

A slightly longer replacement bolt was supplied with the Cosmo skid plate I was fitting.
