A3124 Great Torrington to Whiddon Down
« on: November 20, 2022, 19:30:06 »
My latest video. Taken recently on a ride from Great Torrington to Whiddon Down in North Devon. A lovely flowing A road. Easy enough to pass any traffic. My first video with my new Drift Ghost XL which replaced my old Drift camera. Very familiar but with much better battery and menu system. Great to use with the Drift App.

Great video mep, it's just one of the great rides in Devon. That links up with other good routes, all through the county.

You're spoilt for great roads, and green lanes in Devon.

Great road. I live in Whiddon down and have ridden it often, usually have a cup of tea at the biker place on the hill in Torrington then carry on to Barnstaple.  :text-goodpost:

Thanks blokes. Wayne_202, you need to ride this road. Not many interruptions and it's usually fairly quite too. I usually ride a loop which includes the A388 from Launceston to Bideford, which is another great road.

A388 I'm extremely familiar with as I live Holsworthy area. We are lucky in this area until shit spreading season when the roads get a little dicey.
