If you're looking either new or for recommendations for makes to look out for second hand then agreed on Cymarc.
My bike came with a plethora of Cymarc bits (Gear Shift Enhancer, Oil Rad Guard and Top Box Plate) and I've since added the Main Rad Guard and Chain Guard. They're all really well made and finished nicely, only alteration I made was some rubber strip on the back edges of the Main Rad Guard to stop it chattering against the radiator which you only heard when wheeling the bike without the engine on.
Fork brace wise, I have a Cosmo one. Again it came already on the bike so can't comment on the efficacy but it's also very nicely made and looks stock against the rest of the front end.
Happy hunting
