Hello from Sussex and Berks
« on: April 15, 2019, 21:38:22 »
Hello, this is just to say hello to members of this forum!

My current ride is 2016 Honda NC750X, I live in Sussex but work in Berkshire where I use my bike to commute to and from work.
I am thinking of moving on and getting a V-Strom DL1000 from 2014 onwards - I especially like the 2015 models with big "1000" printed on the side  :)

Had a test drive of a 2017 DL1000 today - that was a lovely bike, however the seat was not comfortable to me after 1 hour of riding - and strangely enough I found the 2017 DL650 seat much comfier..  :happydance:  By the way, I thoroughly enjoyed test riding the DL650 as well, however having the very similar NC already there is not much benefit in having it changed to the DL650..

Have a great day!
