I've had a few parts from Cosmo, both for my previous 1050 and now the new one. I bought the rack for my soft panniers again, however when trying to fit, it was evident that the spacers were the wrong size. A quick email exchange later and Vasilis sent out a replacement set. Yes it took a while, but the service was spot on and I have found the quality of the products to be good. I was initially worried about ordering from Greece but have no problem with it now. Recommended.
