Modded clutch review
« on: June 16, 2018, 19:45:07 »
My clutch was showing signs of chudder at about 2500 to 4000 rpm. Wasn't too bad, but still had to ride outside these revs to make the engine smooth which frankly, became a bit of a pain.

After thinking it through and deciding to keep the bike a while, figured I would go ahead with the mod.

Really glad I did and the bike pulls far more smoothly from tickover right through the problem rev range.  Done around 1000 miles now and I can actually use top gear at legal speeds, as 60mph to 80mph was right in that chudder range.

You kind of get used to riding around it, but it's so much nicer to not have to bother trying to avoid those revs.

Thanks again to John for continuing to offer this mod.  :thumb:
