I just ran them at stock pressures when I had them fitted (100% road use)

Michelin's website suggests pressures too

I had Anakee 3's on the Transalp ...  used the "standard" pressures, and saw no reason to choose anything else since the tyres were fine at that setting. (I was on the third set when the bike was replaced, so I was well-pleased with the Anakee 3'S !)

Mine is currently at 40 psi (rear) and 36 psi (front). Too high tyre pressure equals bad road grip. Finding the correct pressure will depend on the total weight you are carrying, ie your weight plus any luggage / passanger, as well as the road conditions to be used on.
Something you can test for yourself, after a ride, feel the tyre for heat with your hand. If warm, then pressure is correct but if hot, the pressure may be too low. Try it for yourself by lowering the tyre pressure a few psi and following the steps above. Remember to inflate tyre when cold or else you may end up with wrong pressures.

I run mine at 42 and 36 coz I'm a fat bas...., but if you look on the michelin web site they say, 2.5 bar = 36.2594345025 pound force/square inch [psi] and for front, 2.3 bar = 33.3586797423 pound force/square inch [psi]
that can't be right, can it?  :icon_no:

It is for solo on the 650. Chain guard sticker agrees.  And it works for me at 10 stone, no luggage.

and buy a decent pressure gauge, bought one which got AutoExpress award this year for circa £12 del, steer clear of digital's from my experience; my tyres have been so under-inflated around 6-9psi due to a shite gauge/garage gauges etc.

yep yep yep, flanners your so right. angustoyou, haha, you pig, 10 stone , I only weigh 20 stone, that's why I need high psi to help keep me on the ground lol
