A cable rated at 11A (based on 13.8V DC) would cope with 150 Watts. What are you looking to run from it?

I use massively overrated cable on the fuseboxes. My heated gear doesn't even pull 11amps all together. You should be able to use that cable for most accessories

Thanks BP, much appreciated - I thought I'd checked my rating correctly but this stuff just looks so... flimsy. Anyway, I'll crack on.

I located the orange rear light cable on my Glee that I needed to tap into, but even having raised the fuel tank the plug was right down deep below the coolant bottle, really tight with no slack at all, and I could barely even get my finger tips down there.  Is that normal?!  Almost certain it's OEM Suzuki.   I eventually managed to get the connection made, but it was really tricky and took me ages and much cussing!

Can I give you one bit of constructive feedback on the design?  For the Glee, at least, it would be good to have another inch of cable between the inline fuse, to make routing that cable easier if you want the fusebox in the space by the coolant bottle, as it's a bit limiting (see another punter's photo at http://www.v-strom.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=24607.msg317497#msg317497).

I've got some now. With a longer wire between the ring terminal and inline fuse as suggested by Freddyfruitbat. PM me for one.

Fitted my aux fusebox today. Worth every penny and highly recommend getting one. Only issue was the switched live feed connector on my bike was buried deep in the guts of the engine bay. Once I'd moved the coolant expansion bottle out of the way it was just about reachable. Would have been easier with girlie hands, not the two shovels I was born with ;-)

And I'd like one too, if still available, please.
(Have just discovered that the heated grips are connected via a wire just pushed into the fusebox alongside the fuse )

I've none at the moment, but it looks like there's interest. I probably be making more up in a few weeks, I just haven't got the time right now, with work and kids.
