These people have always given good service, they all ride bikes, which helps them understand our needs.

I just had to buy a headset and charging cable for my Bluetooth coms, called them, the phoned back to tell me that they could not source from supplier, but had a box of bits covering my needs, and more, all new, sent out postage free and at no cost at al...

It doesn't get better than that! :thumb:

So a big thanks from me to sportsbikeshop, above and beyond good service.

I had a similar response from them when I ordered a couple of Givi tanklock rings so I could switch my bag between bikes. Givi, in their wisdom, didn't supply everything needed to do this in their so-called fitting kits but did offer the necessary part (an ABS plastic ring) as an optional extra. SBS understood my issue straight away and agreed to supply the extra part FOC. Excellent service - I'd certainly recommend them. Their prices are usually competitive as well.
