Competition for Tusker
« on: March 12, 2013, 00:01:44 »
Here is some serious competition for Tuskers shed extension

The Shed of the Year competition to search for Britain’s best shed is now open for entries. Here are some images of the sheds already taking the contest by storm.

Two in three adults now own a shed, according to Cuprinol, sponsors of the annual Readersheds.co.uk Shed of the Year competition.

This equals almost 16 million sheds in Britain today.

And now the search is on to find the wackiest and most wonderful shed of them all.

Shed of the Year 2013
Think your shed has what it takes to claim the top prize?

Is your shed worthy?
The Shed of the Year competition is the brainchild of shed-fanatic Uncle Wilco, who launched the nationwide competition seven years ago to celebrate the best of British sheds.

He says: "Each year the sheddies amaze me with their skill and passion but in 2013 they have already outdone themselves with some truly unique sheds."

If you think your shed is worthy of this prestigious title then you can enter at Readersheds.co.uk from now until 3 May.

So what do you reckon are any of you Strommers up to the challenge?????
When everything is coming your way, you're in the wrong lane.

I haven't got a shed but I want one,

Bigger is not always better (so I tell the wife anyway)  lol Jealously he says.
If I did have a shed that big I would probably move into it

I only have a single garage , hence one reason the house is for sale , I need more man space . When I lived on my own I had a 12'x32' garage and a 10'x18' shed , it was more than enough . Then I met another woman and things went downhill in the shed dept . Sorry but no pics . The first shed in 1monkey1's post looks fantastic . Mr Rats factory also looks perfect for man things ..

I'm always a little jealous of my dads shed. It's not going to win any awards for beauty and cleanliness, but it's a good size!

That's a 16 foot canoe being worked on in there, with another one hanging on the wall on the right. There is space to walk around it with a wall of deep shelves behind where I was standing to take this picture, and a desk at the opposite end. The boat is my old canoe undergoing some restoration work, now back on the water and looking lovely!

Especially since you can read it in the bike mirror when you zoom!

This is ridiculous. You black out the plates in the second picture but leave them in the first?   :wtf:

See my post on number plates in the oyster bar

Alas, there is very little biking related that goes on in there..

Well, unless you include this

(roll on August Bank Holiday).

Generally, this sort of thing happens in there (what a waste)

This is where I am exiled to.
