Wee Lambda sensor in Glee?

So, my friend has just bought a new Glee and wanted to install aftermarket exhaust from his old wee but thread size of sensor is different.
Does anyone know if he could use the the sensor from wee? It has the same connector pin.

If the plug is the same I suggest that it would do the same job but as you say the thread is different there for, it won't fit unless you cut a new thread in the exhaust which isn't an easy job

North American Wees don't have Lambda sensors and I'm very happy with stock exhausts. I have zero experience in the area.

So the answer to the issue was simple. Go to your local Suzuki dealer (Crescent Verwood) and ask for Part: exakp-lbsb1 . Acra sensor plug 18mm.
Bung from 18mm to 12mm for £11.

No need to buy more expensive exhausts for glee when you can use any exhaust for wee and add that thread reducer. All mountings and fitting are the same for glee and wee.

Which exhaust did your friend install?  Was it a full one or just an end can? Cheers

It was the full after market exhaust. I will find out the make. What I can say is that it was the 3 pice system - can, connector pipe from can to the pipes that run under the bike and that v pipe system that links to the down pipes from each cylinder. Just like the GPR

Hi kam ha ha yes the glee sensor is 12ml and old wee was 18 ml so  Suzuki cresent  verwood sorted a adapter £11 all screwed in then sensor screwed in to that ,it's all screwing,,,u do need to do this as it sends info to ecu and glee and wee ecu,s are different but trust me if after market fitted you wee it fits glee even bolt holes I was amazed bit of lube fit it together then do the screwing and you happy,and sound is great mines a lazer duo tone but baffle fell out oh well have to ride widout ha ha
