Mark @ Cymarc engineering. TOP BLOKE
« on: October 02, 2009, 21:17:50 »
I took a trip to sunny Scunthorpe today to see Mark. What a thoroughly nice bloke. I had the gear spacer fitted, the chain guard, radiator and oil covers.

They all look the dogs danglies.

I have to say a real big thank you to Mark for doing it all today, especially as the screw on the oil cover was an absolute pig to get off. And Mark had a plane to catch to get to Scotland.

I would recommend you all to pay him a visit, the quality of the products are amazing and very good value.

The only thing I would say is give Mark an email before you turn up, he has a very busy business to run as well.

I post some pictures in the next few days.

One day, someone showed me a glass of water that was half full.  And he said, "Is it half full or half empty?"  So I drank the water.  No more problem.

Second that as Dedy brought back a shiny radiator cover for me too
Great bit of kit, and very envious of the chain guard - it looks bloody great :thumb:

Glad your pleased stu.

I'm more than chuffed. I need to give the bits a bit of a polish as I got them mucky on the ride home.

I've now got problems with more screws on the pannier mounts. I'm trying to get them off to fit my new cans.

Received the KLV Chain guard today,

Fantastic quality, especially the Allen Key head bolts that came with the guard.

What took about half an hour to remove an awkward shitty philips screw only took 5 mins to put back on with the Allen Key head, nice touch.

Cheers Mark    :thumb:

Recieved my radiator guard yesterday (Tuesday), although I haven't seen it yet as I'm away for work until Thursday.

I have to say a big thanks to Mark for the great service, I think I had a message every day as to how the development of the guard for the 650 was progressing. After talking to Mark he suggested using DHL for shipping and I thought what the hell, and paid a bit more for the courier.  It took 24hrs from door to door!

From what I've seen on here the stuff looks great, I'm looking forward to getting home and getting the guard fitted.  I'll be keeping an eye on the other items to be developed, my Christmas list is getting longer.........

Thanks Mark!
Mark.

Mark
I’m sure you are a top bloke in many ways. I have noticed how members have extolled your fine products. Could you put up a definitive list of what you currently have on offer I have noticed bits etc all over the site.
I’m sure members got some money from their Aunties this Christmas and would like to get rid of it
Cheers

Hi Dedy, the bits look brilliant, has the gear spacer made any difference to the change? I was thinking of the spacer and frame guards once I can get the bike out again (Bloody Snow)  :GRR:  :GRR:

All I can tell you is that I got one of Mark's spacers fitted last month and saw an immediate improvement in gear changes.
I went for a blast up the road outside 'Cymarc' and every gear change made me smile  . I couldn't believe the difference it had made.
On the journey back home (just short of 100 miles) I was in awe of it the whole trip, and even bored my wife to death with it when I got home.
It works for me, and I've not heard any complaints from anyone else.
Fookin bargain if you ask me

And here's another post with feedback on the parts Mark fitted to my bike
