Belly Pan Bolts
« on: May 05, 2013, 21:58:31 »
Hello,

I've got a DL650 L0X and the rear two bolts which hold the belly pan in place under the engine have worn loose and fallen off on a ride. Does anyone know what bolts they are so I can put the belly pan back on?

The bolts that hold the belly pan to the engine bars are all intact. Its the two that hold it to the bar that is under the engine that are needed.

Many Thanks

James

Off the top of my head I'm 99% sure they are M8 x 25. I bought some stainless steel allen dome (aka button) head ones to replace the normals ones on my bash plate. The hex head bolts can damage to the point where you can't get a spanner over them to get them off. If you never go off road that's not something you'll worry about.

Edit: Found my original order, M8 x 25.

Found the original order I placed M8 x 25, but 20 might work too. I know for sure that the 25 length ones are fine so go with that rather :thumb:
