10k run

https://www.justgiving.com/Jamie-Jones9 I'm running a 10k in just over a weeks time, the Bupa Great Yorkshire Run, I was running it anyway, but as my Mum has been recently diagnosed with Lymphoma, I thought I might as well try and collect some money for the charity.

Thanks for any sponsorships. If anyone is is Sheffield for the run, keep an eye out for me crossing the finish line.
