Playing with the Muvi
« on: June 03, 2010, 22:16:04 »
This is my first attempt and the Camera is on my right shoulder pointing towards the near side, it gives the impression that I am riding six inches from the Kerb (I'm not).

I would appreciate any tips on improving video quality, adding background music etc.

I used Windows Movie Maker.

Canny watch much of it, too vibratey.

Needs sound, engine sound.

And where you have it positioned, your lines into bends look scary bad.

Other than that, brilliant, it's very clear, you just need a better fixing point, velcro on your helmet maybe? I have one and I was thinking there might be the least vibey , and reasonably central.

Yea, it's literally hanging off of my jacket so it's flapping around all over the place and because of that I disabled the sound because that's all over the place as well. Oh well, I'll have to do it all again

If it's not too cheeky, what price was your MUVI?  Seems they're available (under various brandings) at a very wide price range!  Also, did you use the stock card or uprate it to Scandisk?

Video quality looks great but can't watch making me feel sick it's shaking so much ;) helmet mount or something sounds better, maybe one of these?
