Just collected my RE from the dealer after its 16k service.
My main concern was the valve clearances, and after letting them know that I wanted them in the wider range of the service limit, I was assured they were all in midrange, and did not need touching at this time.
Without standing over the technician when doing the check, I was satisfied with this, as you have to trust them until shown otherwise!
