The Tigger has arrived !
« on: November 28, 2020, 19:26:28 »
After a short wait my Tigger 1200 was delivered today and the Guzzi sent on it's way to a new home. As promised picturegraphs of the previously mentioned Tigger. OK, so it;'s a bit beaky but I think it looks spiffing in it's Alpine Edition white paint.

Cheers folks  :thumb:

The fog lights are on order and didn't make it on time and the engine bars & ally sump guard turned up in their boxes as the dealer didn't get time to fit them. Fine by me as it's hardly peak riding season and I'm in tier 3 as of next week anyway. Saved a few quid too, which is nice. So far all good and it's a technological tour de force with cornering traction control & cornering ABS, Cruise control, Semi-active suspension, up & down quickshifter, rider modes, TFT screen, heated grips, keyless start, lovely fuss free shaft drive etc, etc.

Ongoing reports to follow in due course/spring, which ever comes first  :thumb:

The luggage boxes are Givi Trekker's with 'Triumph' branding and a generous 37 litres each side with a 42 litre top box. Looks like more than enough for me.

It was a shame the Guzzi didn't work for you.

Enjoy your new steed. :thumb:
To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.

Keith, I've only heard brilliant things about the new 900. Talking to my dealer today they are selling like hot cakes, Triumph have really knocked it out of the park with the 900. Enjoy it when you get it  :auto-dirtbike:
