Dreaded jerky cough and stutter between 3-4000rpm

I realise that this has probably been discussed a 1000 times but I am desperate for help as the bike is so bad it loosened the front sprocket nut with the violence of the jerking. I have a 02 1000 that I have stripped and rebuilt and I love it but every garage tells me different things and no offer of help with it. The problem I think is that the issue was pretty much sorted back in 2006 by Suzuki so I am 15 years to late for anyone to remember how it can be fixed. So I am on here to get some help, is there anyone in Doncaster or South Yorkshire or even England that can help and or look at the bike as I love it so much and don't want to put it in the back of the garage and buy something else.

The search function on here is rather excellent.
What has been checked so far?
Throttle bodies are a favourite for jumping off, throttle position sensors being either out of adjustment or worn would also cause your symptoms. When my TL engined device developed the "bucking bronco" characteristics it was indeed the TPS.
This video shows how to check the setting using the dealer plug, however it should be checked with the engine idling at 1200rpm and warm.
These blokes are rather good and not a million miles away if you decide you need a "tune".

I think I read on here that removing the secondary throttle plates wasn't a great idea.

I'd be tempted to refit them.

On a 2006 DL1000, cured that problem with a Power Commander.
Smooth as silk now.

Here also, a K6 with a Power commander, smooth all through the rev range, never remove the secondaries unless you're fitting one.
