Panniers 2006 V Strom 1000

Hi folks, I have a 2006 V Strom 1000 fitted with the original Suzuki panniers. I’m looking to replace them with some top opening adventure type panniers instead. However I’d like to avoid having to buy a new rack system. Can anyone recommend panniers that would fit onto my existing rack?

You can get Givi repair kits for the Monokey racks that you could use .
Not sure how far apart the 'mushrooms' are on the Suzuki equipment but if they're the same as Givi then just swapping out the 'pyramid' part at the top would allow you to have a choice of all the Givi/Kappa boxes.
Not sure if you can just get that part without buying the whole kit though.
