It's hard to see from the photos but it sounds right, they're easier to get to on some bikes and if you have small hands. Put the fusebox connector between them.

The wires are orange and a black/white. See https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rear-Brake-Light-Switch-for-2005-Suzuki-DL-650-K5-V-Strom-/391254890382

Hi all
I fitted the bigpie fusebox at the weekend to my DL650AL2.
The connection was tricky to find as it was the right beneath the part of the loom that sits beneath the coolant bottle
See picture below.
great fusebox Bigpie, thank you

Gary, that fuse is physically too small for the socket. It isn't able to touch both terminals. Go to BMS across road from the big Tesco on Huddersfield road and ask them for blade fuses. They should be able to help. :fix: :thumb:

Don't forget to fit a fuse in the main inline fuse holder too. Your pic above shows you have no fuse in there. The inline fuse needs to be about 10 amp but the individual fuses from the relay need to rated suitable to the item it is feeding.

Sorry mate, I moved away last year. I would have been round to help if I was still over there. The 2 amp fuse in the inline holder will be OK for running a Sat Nav on its own. You will also need a 2 amp fuse  in the fuse holder with the relay in your second pic.

I've already got your headlight relay kit installed Bigpie, electrics are a mystery to me so excuse me if I'm talking rubbish,
I have various things connected directly to the battery, must be half a dozen dif things connected :shy:
would this be what I need to do away with all the battery connections I'm also looking at fuseblocks.

Hi!
My Glee is need of a set of aux lights and heated grips (she was moaning about that this morning)... hehehe.

Bigpie, would be possible to get one of this fusebox when you get some more ready, please?

I believe it is the wiser way to fit new electrical bits to the bike.

Thank you!

No problems. I'm a little busy at the moment with my electric trials bike project, but I'll be making some more asap.
