What aux LED lights are you running?

Thinking of adding some LED aux lights to increase my visibility on the road (not really for night riding).
What do you use and do you have any recommendations? There seems to be a huge variety from cheapo Chinese eBay ones up to lights costing hundreds of pounds...

I've got the el-cheepo ones from fleabay on two bikes and they have done well off road & on . . . and are still working.

Depends on what you expect from them. 
I am sure the Denali etc premium brands do have a better output and more engineered spread.  But they do cost a packet..
The cheapo Amazon ones I have on the VStrom have been fine.  They do what I want.  Bit of extra light on the deck  but more importantly are my "DRL"...

As I found the single headlamp woefully underwhelming, even after installing a Philips GT200 bulb (which was better but still not adequate) I installed a Diode Dynamics 6" SAE fog lamp under the beak.. this puts out a massive amount of light for a much improved dip beam night riding and doesn't blind oncoming vehicles..
An LED high beam bulb provides the distance.. the cheapo aux operate with the high beam regardless
The aux and fog can be on or off via a 3 positions switch..

Look for the "BMW" style aux lights, is what I have one mine. They've got an entirely metal body, and sometimes come with lens protectors, mounts and the harness (which is too short for our bikes, but can be modified, and includes a relay!). They put out a very flat, wide beam of light that is infinitely more useful than the small spots (and they also draw the rated 20W per light).

I have the same although purchased from the bay for about £40.
One has suffered water ingress after dropping the bike on that side. It still works but the beam is scattered by water behind the lens, they've lasted 4yrs though
Having break connectors near the lamp means I've ordered another set and I'll just swap the lamp rather than re- wiring back to the aux fuse box.

I've seen the same ones on eBay...but a much higher price £79 🤷‍♂️
I presume they are all the same, mass produced with the same wiring harnesses even though they state they are bike specific 🤷‍♂️🙄

Yes, the ones I linked to are probably all the same. I paid £28 with VAT (I think they said about £22-23 before checkout as Aliexpress adds VAT after you check out).

I've had a good look at them and they seem really well sealed, I toyed with the idea of adding a "DRL" type low powered LED to the lamp but couldn't see how to get it apart without breaking something, so gave up!

I binned the standart Triumph lights as they were quite pathetic, very poor amount of light and a crappy beam. And you had to remember to switch them back on everytime you turned the bike off, very frustrating I can tell you. So I sold them on eBay and bought a pair of these Britalitez 10w work lights. They have a very wide spread of light and are nice & bright - but not too bright. I have them wired to an ignition live (and a switch) so they are on all the time. Very happy with the quality for the price. Link to the eBay item -
